Consumer Privacy

Each client is given a privacy policy note before we conduct our financial planning services. In this note it advises the client how we use their information and what our safe guarding policies are. We let the client know whom we disclose their personal information to and why we do so. After reading over our privacy policy, we then give the client the ability to opt out of our services if they do not feel as if we are not going to protect their information.

We do not make the client sign this privacy agreement, but if they do not we will not be providing them our service. The privacy policy note does not only cover the client, but it also covers Nix Capital Partners. If for any reason our clients feels that we violated their privacy, we can always refer back to the policy in which they signed.

Ethics on Consumer Protection

Nix Capital Partners is one of the top leading financial advising companies in Ohio. We pride ourselves in protecting our consumers from their personal and confidential information from being released. It’s important to us that we inform our consumers what information we need and let them know that their information will not be used for any other reason. We want to make sure that our consumer’s information is not released to third party companies for solicitation reasons.

It is our goal to make our clients feel comfortable and safe and know that we are ethically using their personal and sensitive financial information in their best interest. If by any chance a client’s personal information is compromised we will do anything in our power to enforce the law and make things right with our client’s information.
